How do I book the Upper Room?

Contact the Pastoral Assistant. You will be asked to say what you need the room for, the date and time you want it, your name address and telephone number.

How can I arrange a wedding?

If you wish to marry in St Lewis’, contact the Pastoral Assistant, to check if the date you want is available. You can book dates up to a year in advance. Once you have booked the date, you will be invited to a meeting to discuss all aspects of your marriage and they will then guide you through the necessary preparations.

How can I arrange for my child to be baptised?

Contact the Pastoral Assistant, to make arrangements. You will have to call in at the Presbytery to collect a Baptismal Appointment form, which must be completed and returned before the Baptism can take place. You will then be guided through the necessary preparations. Parishioners of St. Lewis’ may also have their children baptised at St. Catherine’s and vice versa. The Sacrament of Baptism is administered on alternate Sundays in St. Lewis’ at 12:15 and in St. Catherine’s at 12:00

How can I arrange for my child to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation, First Holy Communion or Confirmation if they do not go to St Lewis’, St Aelreds or a school which prepares children for such sacraments?

How can I arrange for my child to attend St Lewis’ R.C. Primary School or St Aelreds Technology College?
